Amybeth McNulty, an Irish-Canadian actor. She's best known as Anne Shirley from the CBC/Netflix series Anne with an E. The drama is based off Lucy Maud Montgomery's novels Anne of Green Gables, first published in 1908. Amybeth McNulty is the only daughter of Canadian as well as Irish parents. Her birthplace was in Milford County Donegal on 7th November 2001. Amybeth was born on the 7th of November 2001 in Ireland. As of 2023 she is set to turn 20 years old. She was born in Donegal and raised there. She is a dual citizen of Canada and Ireland. It is said that she has blonde hair. Anne has also had a complicated friendship with Gilbert Blythe who was two years older than Anne however he was studying at the same level having had his schooling stopped when his father fell ill. At their first encounter in school, Gilbert joked with Anne by calling her Carrots. Amybeth McNulty's Anne is a 13-year old girl that had an unforgiving childhood living in orphanages, and houses of strangers. Anne ends up living in Prince Edward Island with her aging sisters, Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert. They're all very happy when the series is over at the end of 1919. Gilbert has aged to 55, but is still completely in love with Anne.
